Isn't it! Makes me want to move south all the more.
Glad to hear that you are all taking advantage of the weather while it lasts; I tend to associate the halloween season with bitter cold. Not this year! It's also amazing that gas has declined so quickly, if only the gas prices kept falling and the temperature started rising...
